Create or Change Main User Password

Main users can fill in this information to receive a link via email to change or create your password.

  • Account Number and Postal Code can be found on a copy of an invoice or order confirmation. 
Forgot your customer number or postal code?

You can find your Customer number and Postal code on the documents we have sent you, such as the order confirmation, delivery note or invoice.

Are you looking for co user access?

If you are using a co-user account and need to reset your password you can either:
A) Use this "Forgot your password" form link here
-or-
B) Ask your company's admin user to set a new password for you

If you need new co user access please speak with the admin user at your company to set you up.

What email address should I use?

  • The main email address associated with your account can be viewed after signing in and going to 'Preferences' and then 'My profile'. If you are unable to sign in to see this information, contact Customer Service via Chat or by calling 800-423-3531.
