Surcharge Waiver

Dear Häfele Partner,

Häfele understands that a solid and healthy partnership starts with open and clear communication. Since the beginning of the Covid-19 Pandemic, we have worked our best to achieve a high level of service and product availability to our customers across Canada. 

We’ve “embraced the challenge” – one of our core values, even when it was unclear what would happen next. 

The scale of logistics and transportation costs forced us to implement a $15 surcharge on all shipments on October 1st, 2021. 

However, after eleven months of surcharge on every order, we are happy to announce that:

• Effective September 6th, 2022, the $15 surcharge is being waived on all newly entered orders to all our valued customers.

We are sure this measure will benefit all our partners and is a relief during times when inflations and costs are rising everywhere. 

We truly appreciate your continuous business as a valued customer and partner.
